Summary
In the following process, you want to do an iterative loop from Step 3 to Step 1 (for example, if a request is not validated).
Click on the circle to the right of step 3. Then, while holding it down, drag it to the circle on the left of step 1.
Finally, format the loop shape to your preference.
Warning: Don’t forget to setup the conditional logic of the path, in the step 3.
On the step edition interface, in the connector setup zone, in the left corner, click on “Delete” to delete the loop.
