Create a new role

By default, the role defined for each step is the initiator role.

Enter the step editing interface by clicking on it.

In the upper area, click on the button dedicated to actor management. Then on the "Manage actors" button.

A popup appears, this is the actor management interface. Click on the "Create an actor" button.

A new popup appears, you can enter:

• Required: a role name
• Required but with an existing default message: a Waiting message
• Required: profiles of people concerned by this role
• Optional: user groups

Modify the actor on a process step
